How often should my pool be cleaned?+

Weekly through the warmer months and fortnightly in winter suits most Gold Coast pools. Heavily used or tree-shaded pools and rentals are best weekly year-round.

Do I need to be home?+

No — as long as we have side or gate access. You’ll get a photo report after every visit so you always know it was done.

Are chemicals included?+

On our Essential and VIP plans, yes — chlorine and acid are included with no surprise surcharges.
