What's the real difference between Perfect Balance and The Essential?+
Perfect Balance covers the water science plus a standard clean — skim, brush, baskets emptied. The Essential adds the full deep clean — deep vacuum, all debris removed — plus a detailed equipment & pool health inspection, on top of the water balancing.
Can I add Glass Fence Sparkling Clean or a Safety Compliance Inspection to my plan?+
Yes — both are available as add-ons. Glass Fence Sparkling Clean starts from $199, and a QLD Safety Compliance Inspection starts from $220 — add either to your regular plan, or book alongside a one-off service, each priced separately.
Can I switch plans later?+
Yes — no lock-in contracts on any plan. Upgrade, downgrade or pause whenever your pool's needs change, and add or drop add-ons whenever you like.
Do I need to be home for any of these?+
No — as long as we have side or gate access, we can service your pool without you being there. You'll always get a report so you know it was done.
Which plan suits a rental or low-use pool?+
Perfect Balance or a monthly Essential clean usually does the job for a lower-use pool. Tell us about it and we’ll recommend the right fit rather than upsell you.
